GEER's vision is to gather, encourage, equip and release youth to become God centered, discerning, mature, disciples of Christ who are characterized by a true love of God and others through the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Jr. & Sr. High youth (grades 7 - 12) meet on Wednesday evenings (starting September 3) here at City Hill Fellowship from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. The focus is on growing in our Christian walk through youth-led worship, prayer, testimonies and preaching. We also enjoy spending time in friendship-building and different outreach activities through unique and practical events.
Fall Youth Kick-Off
Sunday, September 7 all the youth and parents of youth are encouraged to join an informational meeting in the Fellowship Hall after the service (approximately 12:00 p.m.). You will be joining the parents of children in grades K - 6th grade) for a time of Q & A and complimentary pizza. Please consider registering for this meeting. Sunday Meeting Changed to Wednesday Nights
Starting Wednesday, September 3, GEER will be meeting on Wednesday nights instead of Sunday nights and will begin at 7:00 p.m. (instead of 6:30 p.m.) to accommodate after school activities, but the location remains the same - here at the church. Please make a note of this change as we are all very excited and hope to get everyone informed. The change of date will be indefinite. Any questions, please feel free to contact the church office.
