The Director of Youth Ministry leads all ministry efforts focused on youth (grades 7-12) in the church. They will cultivate a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem of volunteer staff, discipleship, a community for the youth, weekly meetings, events, and family involvement. This is a key position to nurture the spiritual health and growth of the church by equipping every person in the local church for missions in their own context. Success in this position is measured by, for each youth at City Hill: a growing ownership of their faith, depth of understanding of biblical principles and theology, increased knowledge of personal calling and mission, and exhibited participation in the life and mission of the church.
